How to Watch the Women Compete at the WST Rome Park World Cup 2025.

It’s here! The start of the 2025 WST World Cup Rome Park event at Ostia Park!

There are 40 countries and 180 skaters competing at the first qualifier of the season. We know the seasoned pros will be holding on and charging hard, but we will also have our eye on the newer female skaters who either competed a bit last year (and got their feet wet) and those who are just starting this year and will be learning the ropes.

Thirty-two skaters will advance from the qualifier to the quarter-finals, where they will be joined by the eight pre-seeded skaters to make a field of 40. Only 16 will advance to the semi-finals, before the field is then cut in half (to 8 skaters) for the final.

Women's pre-seeded skaters

  1. Cocona Hiraki (JPN)

  2. Kusaki Hinano (JPN)

  3. Raicca Ventura (BRA)

  4. Naia Laso (ESP)

  5. Arisa Trew (AUS)

  6. Hasegawa Mizuho (JPN)

  7. Yosozumi Sakura (JPN)

  8. Minna Stess (USA)

We are cheering on our team riders MINNA STESS (USA) and MAZEL PARIS ALEGADO (PH)

The points standing and positioning will be very interesting to see when the weekend shakes out!

Only the semi-finals and Finals will be live-streamed and available on WORLDSKATE.TV and at Olympics.com
